The Community Club Management Committee (CCMC) help the PA to build, maintain and manage the community centre/clubs (CCs). They promote racial harmony and social cohesion through the various cultural, educational, recreational, sports, social and other community activities organised for residents.

Senior Citizens' Executive Committee

The Senior Citizens' Executive Committee (SCEC) manage the Senior Citizens' Clubs in the CCs and RCs. The SCEC plan and organise a wide array of activities and courses ranging from arts and culture, lifestyle pursuits, lifelong learning to sports and wellness programmes to enrich the life experiences of senior citizens. The clubs offer avenues for the senior citizens to pursue lifelong learning, and also stay healthy and active.

Women's Executive Committee

The Women's Executive Committee (WEC) offer opportunities for women from all walks of life to meet, interact and enrich themselves through a diverse range of cultural and recreational activities, and community services.

Malay Activity Executive Committee

The Malay Activity Executive Committee (MAEC) help promote greater Malay participation in the management and activities of the grassroots organisations. They organise cultural, educational, social, sports and recreational activities to promote harmonious relations between Malays and other communities.

Indian Activity Executive Committee

The Indian Activity Executive Committee (IAEC) organise educational, cultural, sports, social and recreational activities to promote harmonious relations between Indians and other communities.

People's Association Youth Movement

The People's Association Youth Movement (PAYM) is Singapore's largest youth organisation with its youth groups, Youth Executive Committee (YEC), based at the CC. The YECs cater to youths aged between 12 to 35. The YEC aim to promote social cohesiveness, national consciousness and patriotism among youths. They organise various activities to foster leadership qualities among youths and at the same time, promote friendship at national and international levels.

Constituency Sports Club

The Constituency Sports Club (CSC) foster community bonding through a wide array of sports activities and intra-district games for residents to participate and interact. The activities include mass walks, mass swims, constituency sports carnivals, racial harmony sports day, bowling, basketball, sepak takraw and street soccer.

Community Emergency and Engagement Committee

The Community Emergency and Engagement Committee (C2E) is the new community Emergency Preparedness (EP) Unit formed in each constituency through the merger of the existing Emergency Preparedness Group (EPG) and Civil Defence Executive Committee (CDEC). The C2E is formed to develop and maintain the grassroots EP plans, structures and systems. C2E will also organise exercises to ensure operational readiness, and EP activities to help the community be prepared for emergencies.
