A bevy of fairies welcomed the Guest-of-honor, MP for Jalan Besar and Adviser to Kampong Glam GROs at the Opening Ceremony.

Guests, tourists and passers-by at Albert Mall were treated to a variety of music and dances from a multi-cultural cast.

The GOH conducted a tour of the stalls of moon cakes, herbal drinks, lanterns and flowers. The atmosphere was definitive festive and fabulous.
