Dumpling Festival, a traditional culture celebrated at Albert Mall started off with a grand opening. Over 30 stalls were set up selling a variety of Dumplings for to blend local & foreigners alike into the festival mood.

This year sees an exciting programme involving performers from the Jalan Besar GRC community clubs and also the energetic People's Association multi-ethnic dancers!

This annual celebration is organised by various grassroots organisations and led by the Kampong Glam CCMC.
